You Could Earn a 30% Tax Credit on Qualifying Home

By purchasing an Energy Star certified home heating, cooling, or hot water system, you could earn a 30% tax credit up to $1,500.  The tax credit is available through the end of 2010 and applies to these home comfort systems:

• Central Air
• Central Heating
• Heat Pump (combined heating & cooling)
• Ductless Air (cooling only, or heating & cooling combined)
• Tankless Water Heater
• Solar Water Heater

Essentially, the government is offering a reward to anyone who makes a commitment to consume less energy…for your sake, and for the sake of preserving natural resources.

Depending on when you buy, you might also qualify for manufacturer rebates and a savings offer of our own.

How much can a high efficiency home comfort system cut your monthly energy bill?  By as much as 40%, which means a new system will eventually pay for itself.
